Oh Hell Naw! Hilary Duff is Going To Be in the New Spider-Man Movie?

Are you serious? Lizzie McGuire might be in the next Spider-Man movie? During a recent interview with the actress’ husband Mike Comrie, the pro hockey player revealed that there had been a script laying around the couples house that read “Spider-Man.” The only lines that were highlighted in the scripted were labeled “Girl.” Very vague, I know, but that was enough to send the internet in a whirlwind of rumors. Many speculated that the role may be the main love interest for the new film. So either she’s actually trying out for a major role or she could just be a nameless supporting character?

Already actresses like Lily Collins, Imogen Poots, Ophelia Lovibond, Emma Roberts, and Teresa Palmer, have all been rumored for the part. It hasn’t even been announce what character it will be, but most likely it will be Mary Jane or Gwen Stacy. The new movie will be adapted from Ultimate Spider-Man and both characters appear early in the series. So it’s very likely that both of them could be in the film.
