Google Stadia is now available, and the gaming community is trashing it

Google Stadia

Google Stadia is now available, and it’s a cloud-based gaming platform that allows gamers to play via their TV, desktop, laptop, and select phones. A new launch trailer has been released, and it’s a very weird one at that. 12 games have been released now for the Stadia including Mortal Kombat 11, Destiny 2, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, and Red Dead Redemption 2. Now that it’s out, what does the world think of the new gaming platform? Let’s just say many people are having issues with it.

Here are the reactions on social media:

Reviews from sites like Game Informer, Wired and IGN have been lukewarm.

Others posted memes that poke fun of the Stadia’s launch.

Others are waiting for their invite code still:

This person even compared it to the Ouya.

This user received an email from Google about how they shouldn’t be streaming movies and music if they want the best performance on Stadia.
