Is the next Pokemon Direct in 2 months?
An eagle-eyed fan may have broken the code from Nintendo, and Twitter user ActualAero posted his findings online. Though some commenters pointed out that with E3 so close, there must be more news during the event. We’ll have to find out, and that means both can be true. Nintendo can do a little tease during E3 and do a special announcement during that day in August. Others say that it is the Pokedex number of Eldegoss.
The 1st #PokemonSwordShield trailer had the main character with a 227 on his shirt. That Direct happened on 2.27.19. In today's Direct the main character had a 65 & today is 6.5.19. Gym Leader Milo has an 831 on his. Could we get another Pokémon Direct / more news on 8.31.19? ? pic.twitter.com/6xTM9yk98W

Another Twitter user, earthoul_0xf9, pointed out that it could just be the Japanese initialism by numbers.
#PokemonSwordShield’s Milo’s # “831” is highly likely to denote Japanese initialism by #, ya-sa(n)-i / yasai, or vegetable(s), suitable for Grass-type Gym Leader. Actually astonished by the # used worldwide, thinking of the possibility of Pokédex #. May they reuse that for date… https://t.co/4vQf9QgXrg

Whatever the case may be, we’ll know more either during E3 or another day of Nintendo’s choosing.
Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield are due to be released on November 15, 2019. Are you excited for the game? Which one are you going to get? Let us know in the comments.
