Celebrate RuneScape with RuneFest 2019 in October, tickets now on sale

RuneFest

RuneScape is still going on strong ever since it was released back in 2001, and according to the Guinness World Records, it’s the world’s largest and most-updated free MMORPG. And to celebrate all things RuneScape, Jagex has announced that RuneFest 2019 tickets are now on sale. It will be held on October 4-5 at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre in England. (It’s about an hour drive outside of London.) Fans will get to check out “The Golden Gnome Awards,” keynote announcements, and play RuneScape Mobile.

RuneScape 2019 is a celebration of RuneScape and Old School RuneScape, and there will be all sorts of activities for attendees. The event will start Friday night at The Golden Gnome Awards, the annual celebration of the franchise’s prestigious community award ceremony. Saturday will be a day filled with gaming, cosplay, developer panels, exclusive merchandise, and news for RuneScape and Old School RuneScape.

You can purchase tickets at https://www.runefest.com/en-GB/.

The tickets will give you access to The Golden Gnome Awards and the “Night Before Party” on Friday and RuneFest 2019 on Saturday. If you can’t make it, the event will also be available to watch via streaming.

“There’s no better way to connect with the ever-expanding RuneScape community than by bringing everyone together to forge some legendary memories both in person or online,” said Josh Winward, Head of Events at Jagex. “RuneFest at Farnborough provides us with the opportunity to bring more of our living game world of Gielinor to life than ever before, while expanding The Golden Gnome Awards on the first night gives us the perfect chance for our community to shine in the spotlight!”
