Aquaman reactions are in, critics say it’s outstanding, bold and wild

Jason Momoa as Aquaman

There are people who are cautious of Warner Bros and its treatment of the DC Extended Universe. Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, Suicide Squad, and Justice League didn’t wow critics, and fans weren’t coming together. Next up is Aquaman from director James Wan, and many were wondering if it will get panned like Zack Snyder’s DC films or praised like Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman. The social media embargo has been lifted, and the initial reactions from critics are pouring in. So far, many have been praising the film, saying that it’s epic, fun, ambitious and awesome.

Aquaman hits theaters on December 21, 2018. It will be competing with other movies like Mary Poppins Returns and Bumblebee. Will the Atlantean hero be powerful enough to rule the seas and the theaters? We’ll find out soon enough.
