Dunkirk headed to 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray on December 19

Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk is headed to 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD on December 19th. If you want to get it earlier, you can own it on Digital on December 12th. The film has a 92% on Rotten Tomatoes and has grossed over $523 million worldwide at the box office.

 

The 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack will retail for $44.95 and will include the film in 4K resolution with HDR, a Blu-ray disc with the film in 1080, Blu-ray disc with special features in 1080, and a Digital version of the film. The audio is presented in DTS HD-MA.

You can also get the Blu-ray Combo Pack for $35.99 or DVD for $28.98.

Synopsis: “Dunkirk” opens as hundreds of thousands of British and Allied troops are surrounded by enemy forces. Trapped on the beach with their backs to the sea they face an impossible situation as the enemy closes in. The story unfolds on land, sea and air. RAF Spitfires engage the enemy in the skies above the Channel, trying to protect the defenseless men below. Meanwhile, hundreds of small boats manned by both military and civilians are mounting a desperate rescue effort, risking their lives in a race against time to save even a fraction of their army.

Dunkirk stars Fionn Whitehead, Tom Glynn-Carney, Jack Lowden, Harry Styles, Aneurin Barnard, James D’Arcy and Barry Keoghan, with Kenneth Branagh, Cillian Murphy, Mark Rylance and Tom Hardy.
