The new Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer is (finally) here

Star Wars: The Last Jedi Trailer #2 - Luke & Rey

It’s been 179 days since the last Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer. Again, not like we’ve been counting. Seriously though, it’s been an unusually long time since we’ve seen a trailer for the film. Now, the wait is finally over.

Yesterday, Lucasfilm officially announced that the new The Last Jedi trailer would premiere during Monday Night Football’s halftime show. Premiering a Star Wars trailer during Monday Night Football is nothing new. The studio did a similar tactic two years ago when the final Force Awakens trailer premiered during Monday Night Football.

After a boring first half between the Vikings and Bears, the epic The Last Jedi trailer was finally revealed during the game’s halftime show. Check it out!

On top of all that, Lucasfilm released a beautiful new poster to go along with the new trailer. Check it out!

Don’t forget that with the release of the trailer comes the start of The Last Jedi ticket sales. Before you buy tickets, be sure to check out what perks you’ll get with your ticket purchase.
