Marvel’s Runaways trailer is out!

Hulu has finally released the Marvel’s Runaways trailer during New York Comic-Con.

Based on the Marvel Comics characters by Brian K. Vaughan and Adrian Alphona, the Runaways are six teenagers, each with their own ‘abilities’, who discover their parents are part of a supervillain group called The Pride. The teens, who grew up together but have since grown apart, discover their parents’ villainy when they see their parents perform the Rite of Blood, a ritual sacrifice of an innocent victim would be fed to the Gibborim, an entity that provided the families with wealth and power. Together, they go on the run to try to stop their parents.

The series, helmed by The O.C. and Gossip Girl creators Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, will run air 10 episodes on Hulu and premieres on Tuesday, November 21st.

Marvel’s Runaways stars Gregg Sulkin as Chase Stein; Virginia Gardner as Karolina Dean; Rhenzy Feliz as Alex Wilder; Ariela Barer as Gert Yorkes; Lyrica Okano as Nico Minoru; and, Allegra Acosta as Molly Hernandez. Last week, EW released exclusive photos from the series of the characters, including their villainous parents played by Brigid Branagh (Stacey Yorkes), Kevin Weisman (Dale Yorkes), James Marsters (Victor Stein), Ryan Sands (Geoffrey Wilder), Ever Carradine (Janet Stein), Angel Parker (Catherine Wilder), Annie Wersching (Leslie Dean), James Yaegashi (Robert Minoru) and Brittany Ishibashi (Tina Minoru). Schwartz and Savage will also serve as executive producers.

Meanwhile, fans can find out more about the series during the Runaways panel this weekend at New York Comic-Con. Fans can grab an exclusive poster and catch the panel with the cast and creatives from the show TODAY at 7:45pm ET on the main stage at the Javits Convention Center. The cast and creatives from Marvel’s Runaways will also be doing a signing at 12:30 pm on Saturday, October 7th (lottery-based).
