Smallville’s Tom Welling wants to be on The Flash

Tom Welling

Nuke the Fridge spent some time with Tom Welling during Fox’s Fall TV Line-Up party and came out with some interesting tidbits from the Lucifer star. When asked about his time on Smallville and if he could ever see it crossing over with The Flash, Tom Welling gave us fans some hope.

“I am willing to go on The Flash and I have a few ideas on how it can happen if the network asks me. In fact, I think I can make it happen.”

If he can make it happen, then the CW better get on this and make it happen. After all, this wouldn’t be the first time an alternate Superman was mentioned besides Supergirl’s Tyler Hoechlin. During last year’s crossover episode, Brandon Routh’s episode made a surprising joke about Kara looking like his own cousin which led to awkward realization between him and Felicity Smoak.

Would you like to see the multiverse expand to include the CW’s first DC series, Smallville, with its currently most popular series The Flash?

The Flash Season 4 synopsis: With Barry (Grant Gustin) in the speed force, Iris (Candice Patton), Kid Flash (Keiynan Lonsdale), Joe (Jesse L. Martin) and Vibe (Carlos Valdes) have taken over protecting Central City. However, when a powerful armored villain threatens to level the city if The Flash doesn’t appear, Cisco makes a risky decision to break Barry out of the speed force. However, the Barry that comes out isn’t the same Barry that went in.
