Jackie Chan is on the hunt in final ‘The Foreigner’ trailer

The Foreigner Jackie Chan

Jackie Chan is back, and this time he’s become a force to be reckoned with in Martin Campbell’s upcoming film, The Foreigner. STXfilms has released the final trailer for the film, and it’s filled with more action than the previous trailer.

SYNOPSIS:
The Foreigner, starring Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan, is a timely action thriller from the director of Casino Royale. The film tells the story of humble London businessman Quan (Chan), whose long-buried past erupts in a revenge-fueled vendetta when the only person left for him to love — his teenage daughter — is taken from him in a senseless act of politically-motivated terrorism. In his relentless search for the identity of the terrorists, Quan is forced into a cat-and-mouse conflict with a British government official (Brosnan), whose own past may hold clues to the identities of the elusive killers.

The film is directed by Martin Campbell (Casino Royale, GoldenEye) from a script by David Marconi. It is based on The Chinaman novel by Stephen Leather and is produced by Jackie Chan, Wayne Marc Godfrey, Arthur Sarkissian, Qi Jian Hong, Claire Kupchak, Scott Lumpkin, Jamie Marshall, and Cathy Schulman. Jackie Chan and Pierce Brosnan star in the movie.

The Foreigner hits theaters on October 13, 2017.
