Star Trek: Discovery character posters revealed

CBS’s Star Trek: Discovery revealed their character posters last week during their TCA event and at the annual Star Trek convention in Las Vegas. The character posters were prominent around the Star Trek insignia as you entered the convention.

Each poster had half of the character’s face with the Star Trek insignia light over their eye. Posters were made of First Officer Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin-Green), Captain Pihllippa Georgiou (Michelle Yeoh), Captain Gabriel Lorca (Jason Isaacs)of the U.S.S. Discovery, Lt. Saru (Doug Jones), Lt. Paul Stamets (Anthony Rapp), Security Lt. Ash Tyler (Shazad Latif), Ensign Sylvia Tilly (Mary Wiseman), Sarek (James Frain), Klingon leader T’Kuvma (Chris Obi), Klingon battle commander L’Rell’ (Mary Chieffo), and an unidentified Klingon named Voq. Little is known about Voq, nor who the actor is who plays the character.

The coolest part of the Klington posters – their names are written in Klingon!

Star Trek: Discovery premieres September 24th on CBS All Access, OTT service in Canada, and internationally to over 188 countries on Netflix.
