The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild’s number of shrines and sidequests leaked on Amazon

WARNING: If you’re not a fan of game leaks and minor spoilers, it’s best you look in the other direction.

This past weekend, Amazon UK has listed the official strategy guide for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild published by Piggyback on its website, thus opening it up for pre-orders. What’s interesting is that the guide’s description reveals some information about the game’s open world:

“120 Shrine mini-dungeons, 900 Korok seed puzzles, 76 side quests all mapped out and ready for you to discover and complete! Also includes optional challenges, mini-games, unlockables, Easter eggs, and more.”

Now 120 Shrines (basically mini-dungeons) is a big number, but 900 Korok seed puzzles? Insanity. This isn’t even counting the story missions and dungeons which we safely assume will be there. It looks like this game will keep us occupied for weeks, even months, on end and we couldn’t be happier.

Unfortunately due to these details being a little too descriptive, the guide was taken off of Amazon shortly before writing this. It looks like you’ll have to wait awhile before you can secure yourself one of these.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild launches on March 3, 2017, for the Nintendo Switch and Wii U.

l love to play games and write stuff about them. I can't play something and not tell anyone how I feel about it. Call it a sickness, because it is.
