Legend of Zelda escape room coming to select cities

Escape rooms are awesome experiences with friends if you want to feel the rush of trying to escape in real life. If you don’t know what they are, you can read our many escape room adventures (Hex Room, Resident Evil, Escape Hotel). Now Nintendo has teamed up with SCRAP, a company that has designed many escape rooms, to give us a Legend of Zelda-themed escape room called Defenders of the Triforce. It will be touring across the nation.

This one is being described as more than just an escape room. A group of six will be tasked with solving a mystery in a huge area within a time limit. Guests will get to interact with classic items and characters from the series like Gron, Zora and Kokiri tribes.

The “Defenders of the Triforce” Puzzle Tour will be coming to eight different cities starting in January. Check out the schedule below.

San Francisco – Jan. 31-Feb. 5
Los Angeles – Feb. 10-12
San Diego – Feb. 24-25

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, the upcoming highly anticipated Legend of Zelda game, will be coming to Nintendo Switch and Wii U in 2017. Players will once again control Link as he battles and explores in the world of Hyrule.
