While DC was busy dropping their hype trailers left and right, Marvel surprised their audience with a brand new mind-bending trailer for this year’s Doctor Strange. We finally get a look at the movie’s antagonist, Kaecilius – played by Mads Mikkelsen – one of the Ancient’s previous followers gone astray. It’s definitely a “strange” kind of Marvel trailer this time around (Evidently the now iconic Marvel logo intro gets a new facelift.) Some have even mentioned that it has some similarities to Nolan’s Inception trailer.

What do you think?

Marvel’s “Doctor Strange” follows the story of the talented neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who, after a tragic car accident, must put ego aside and learn the secrets of a hidden world of mysticism and alternate dimensions. Based in New York City’s Greenwich Village, Doctor Strange must act as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, utilising a vast array of metaphysical abilities and artifacts to protect the Marvel cinematic universe.

Doctor Strange mind-bends theaters on November 4th.
