AX 2016: God Eater news from Aniplex and Bandai Namco

There was plenty of God Eater news revealed at Anime Expo 2016 from both Bandai Namco Entertainment and Aniplex.

During the Aniplex panel, it was revealed that Aniplex of America will be releasing all 13 episodes of the God Eater anime starting in November in two volumes. The series will include the original Japanese audio as well as a new English dub which will include the voice of Robbie Daymond (Lenka Utsugi), Kyle Hebert (Lindow Amamiya), Crispin Freeman (Soma Schicksal), Michelle Ruff (Sakuya Tachibana), Lucien Dodge (Kota Fujiki), Cherami Leigh (Alisa Illinichina Amiella), Mary Elizabeth McGlynn (Tsubaki Amamiya), Patrick Seitz (Johannes von Schicksal), Spike Spencer (Paylor Sakaki), and Wendee Lee (Aisha Gauche). Both are currently available for pre-order now.

God-Eater-2-Resurrection

During the God Eater Panel on Monday and the Namco Bandai JRPG panel, it was revealed that Lenka from the God Eater anime series would be available to select as your main character. It was also revealed that the DLC costumes based on Sword Art Online -Hollow Realization-, Tales of Zestiria Tokyo Ghoul and Assassination Classtroom will be exclusive to the North America Day One Edition.

God Eater Ressurection is available now on the PlayStation 4 for $19.99, and it comes free with God Eater 2 Rage Burst if you get the Day One Edition. If you plan on buying the digital version of the game, you can pre-order it now.

It’s also something to note that a new season of God Eater is something that could happen.
