Batman v Superman Ultimate Edition won’t change your mind says cinematographer
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been panned by critics and received mixed reactions from the public. With Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Ultimate Edition coming out on Blu-ray and home video in July, some critics were hoping that the new version would convert them. However, Larry Fong, who’s the cinematographer for the film, says that it won’t change your opinion about the film. That’s probably something Warner Bros. didn’t want to see him post.
The Ultimate Edition will contain thirty minutes of extra footage. That’s 182 minutes total from the original 151 minutes.
Fong has worked with director Zack Snyder on this film, 300, Watchmen and Sucker Punch. He won’t be returning for Justice League Part One and will be replaced by Fabian Wagner (Game of Thrones, Da Vinci’s Demons).
Those of you who are fans, will dig it. If you hated it, you'll still hate it.
