A few weeks ago we reported that the rumored title of the upcoming Spider-Man “threeboot” will be Spider-Man: Homecoming. As corny as it might seem, it turns out that Homecoming could indeed be the title after all. Birth.Movies.Death is reporting that Spider-Man: Homecoming is the title that Sony is “working with at the moment.”

Included in this new report is some possible details about one of the villains appearing in the film. According to their sources, expect to see Adrian Toomes a.k.a. The Vulture making an appearance. The Vulture won’t be the “main villain” in the film, so it’s unclear as to what Vulture’s role is in the grand scheme of the film. Will Vulture’s inclusion point towards the creation of the oft-rumored Sinister Six film? Who will be the film’s main villain if not Vulture?

We may very well find out more information later today during Sony’s presentation at CinemaCon. Let’s hope that Sony delivers some answers to some of the questions raised by BMD’s source.
