Exclusive Hitman Beta coming to PS4 on March 4 for PS Plus users

If you’re a Hitman fan and are a PlayStation Plus user, consider yourself lucky!

Io-Interactive’s community manager Travis Barbour posted today on the PlayStation Blog that PS+ users would be getting an exclusive Hitman beta coming March 4-6. They will also be having a developer livestream to reveal some secrets and strategies of the level. The last Hitman beta took place two weeks ago, which showcased the beginning of Agent 47’s career and how he joined the ICA.

Barbour also explained some new gameplay mechanics present in the game: Elusive Target Contracts and Escalation Mode. Elusive Targets will feature a limited time window in which you must assassinate your target and Escalation Mode will have obstacles that escalate in difficulty “such as asking you to remove security camera recordings within 2 minutes of being recorded”.

He then topped off this announcement with a brand new cinematic trailer titled the Hitman “Legacy” Opening Cinematic. Hitman launches for PS4, Xbox One, and PC on March 11th.

l love to play games and write stuff about them. I can't play something and not tell anyone how I feel about it. Call it a sickness, because it is.
