Justice League movie starts filming in April
Marvel has shown moviegoers what it can do when its superheroes team up in The Avengers. Soon Warner Bros. will get a chance with the upcoming Justice League movie featuring Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman. Now we have a report from EW that the Justice League movie will begin principal photography on April 11th.
“The idea that we could begin to boot up a Justice League concept was a cool thing,” director Zack Snyder told EW. “It was a little bit of an ‘about time’ moment, and I don’t blame [the studio] for feeling that way, because it’s a long time coming, but I do feel like it’s a little bit of a creative hurdle. It seems like an easy thing to do at first glance, the idea that, ‘Oh, we just get the rest of the superheroes in there.’ But you have to [establish] a world where they can exist.”
The film will star Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, and Ezra Miller as The Flash.
Justice League Part 1 hits theaters on November 17, 2017.
