It may not be able to do a barrel roll, but First 4 Figures made sure to make fans happy as it announced its first major release for the Star Fox franchise, The Arwing. First introduced in Star Fox on the Super Nintendo, the Arwing is a state-of-the-art battle craft that is capable of combat in both the atmospheres of planets and the deepest vacuums of space.

Heavily requested by Star Fox fans for years, F4F brings this piece to life thanks to game files from Star Fox 64 3D with some modifications from Victor Hugo. The attention to detail really makes the Arwing stand out, including the design of the ship complete with the Star Fox team logo on both the base and ship. I rather enjoy the retro look and feel of the Arwing, and it also looks like it could fit a Fox and/or Falco

I rather enjoy the retro look and feel of the Arwing, and it also looks like it could fit a Fox and/or Falco amiibo on its wings, for a little extra effect.

Made of high-quality polystone and painted by hand, the Arwing measures a total of 12″ inches tall by 12″ deep by 18″ wide.

Like many of its releases, F4F will be releasing two versions of the Arwing: a regular edition retailing for $279.99 and an exclusive edition for $299.99 which includes Purple LED lighting fitted in the craft’s main engines. The exclusive edition will be available to pre-order for two weeks, after that any orders will be wait listed, so if this is something you are looking forward to, you might want to pre-order it now.

Both editions of the Arwings will release in Q4 2016. You can also use the coupon code ARWINGEX20 to save $20 on the exclusive making it $279.99.
