It’s been a long wait for Mighty No. 9, the spiritual successor to the Capcom’s Mega Man series. The game has had a few “issues,” and Comcept and Deep Silver have released a new trailer showing off a few of the game modes including Boss Rush, Challenge mode, and a maniac mode for experts who really want to challenge themselves (in this mode one hit will instantly kill Beck).

The trailer tries a bit too hard to be silly, but the game still looks good. The game will be playable at the PlayStation Experience this weekend.

Mighty No. 9 is currently set to release on February 9th in North America and February 12th for the rest of the world for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC both digitally and in retail stores. A Limited Edition version will also be available.
