J-pop group Fhana heads to AWA in September

fhana j-pop

If you haven’t heard of fhána, it’s a J-pop group with catchy songs that have appeared in anime like Celestial Method. If you’re going to be attending Anime Weekend Atlanta (September 24th to 27th), you can check the band out in its first US concert debut. This comes one year after the band’s debut at Japan’s 10th annual Animelo Summer Live concert, a huge live event for anime music.

fhána will be performing on Friday, September 26th at the Cobb Galleria Centre. In addition to the performance, they will also be at the opening ceremony (September 25th) and will be doing a meet-and-greet and photo op session.

The band features lead singer towana and music producers/composers Junichi Sato, Yuxuki Waga, and Kevin Mitsunaga. Their songs have been featured in other anime series like Witch Craft Works and Prisma Illya.
