E3 2015: Fallout Shelter is now available on iOS

During Bethesda’s E3 Showcase the developer had a few hidden gems up its sleeves and one happened to be the Fallout-related new game that was only available for mobile. Bethesda’s Todd Howard revealed¬†Fallout Shelter¬†is a mobile game that will put players in charge of their very own Vault. The game was inspired by similar titles like X-COM, SimCity and FTL. Players will be able to build and add to their Vault and manage many of the shelter’s inhabitants.

Throughout the game players will be able to level up their inhabitants and unlock new weapons and armor, which you will need when you need someone to venture out into the wastelands. Like many RTS games you will have to manage your sources which will be a key element to the growth of your vault like food, water and power.

The game is free and is available to be played offline. It is currently only available for most iOS devices, but according to Bethesda’s Peter Hines it will be available for Android devices in the near future.
