The Force is strong with this Humble Bundle

Chances are if you have a pulse you’ve been bombarded with news of the latest Star Wars movie set to hit theaters this December. Chances are if you’re a geek with a pulse, you’re willing to forgive (but never forget!) the *ahem* distasteful prequels and give this movie a chance. But what if you NEED your Star Wars fix NOW? Humble Bundle might have the droi-games you’re looking for.

This edition of the Humble Bundle is a veritable treasure of trove of Star Wars gaming classics, including the incomparable Star Wars Battlefront II, Star Wars: Jedi Academy and Knights of the Old Republic I & II. (Mass Effect fans, if you haven’t played KOTR, A: Shame on you B: Play this game and you will see why BioWare knocked the Mass Effect series out of the park!) This bundle should also get you excited for DICE’s upcoming Battlefront, which will launch…TBD *sigh*

The only thing missing from the bundle is perhaps the original Battlefront, Jedi Outcast and Star Wars: TIE Fighter, but it does manage to include the highly-touted Star Wars Republic Commando, a great FPS you should most definitely check out.

As per usual the best part of the Humble Bundle is that the money used to fuel your intergalactic gaming supports a charity, and this edition sees your hard-earned cash benefit the UNICEF United States fund.

Sith or Jedi, it’s time to give in to your wallet and buy this deal before it’s too late!
