A new Digimon Adventure anime is coming in 2015


During the Digimon Adventure 15th Anniversary Event held in Japan, it was announced that a new Digimon Adventure sequel is currently being developed and will release in Spring 2015.

A special trailer was shown which takes a short look back at the original series, leading up to the new adventure which looks like it will focus on a 17-year-old Taichi who is now in High School. We see the words, “Now, Again, the adventure evolves.”

There would be 15th Anniversary Blu-ray Box containing the first 54-episode Digimon Adventure television anime series in Japanm along with a new drama CD and a 1998-2006 Digmon movie Blu-ray collection which includes two shorts films, Digimon AdventureDigimon Grand Prix! by Mamoru Hosoda and Digimon Savers: Digital World Kiki Ippatsu! by Tetsuji Nakamura. 

Bandai Namco Games also announced yesterday that a new Digimon game was in development titled DIGIMON All-Star Rumble, which does star many (if not all) of the first generation Digimon.
