Sword Art Online II will simulcast worldwide

During Aniplex USA’s panel at Sakura-Con, it was confirmed that Sword Art Online II will simulcast worldwide when it airs in Japan in July. Aniplex announced that they will be hosting Sword Art Online II premiere screening events, which will be held in the U.S., France, Germany, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan, with dates and locations to be announced later.

Also announced was the Sword Art Online Awards, where fans can vote for their favorite Sword Art Online characters, episodes, costumes, monster, skills and more by going to  Japan’s Official Sword Art Online Homepage.

You can vote now until May 19th. Another round of voting will take place based off fans votes. All fans can vote, however, votes made through languages other than Japanese and English are only applied towards the Best Episode.
