The game that tugged with our emotions is back. Telltale Games has officially announced the reveal of The Walking Dead: Season 2 video game. With the announcement, we get a trailer and some screenshots.

The game will be available later this year for PC/Mac, home consoles and iOS, but it is now available to pre-order at the Telltale Games Online Store and Steam. There will be five episodes total, and you can save 10% off (costing you $22.49) if you get the season pass for the PC/Mac.

Clementine, a young girl who became an orphan in the events of the first season, is now left to fend for herself in the zombie apocalypse. This will definitely be a different dynamic compared to playing the adult male, Lee Everett. And since Clementine is a young girl, expect her to face tougher situations.

So far the TV show has not been able to bring in the intensity and the “feels” of the game.

If you haven’t played the first season, Telltale Games will be releasing a Game of the Year Edition that will be available in November for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. The edition will include all five episodes, the “400 Days” episode, original score, and exclusive behind-the-scenes video for $29.99.
