Jak and Daxter Trilogy coming to Vita

Jak and Daxter

That’s right, Jak and Daxter is coming to the PlayStation Vita, and in June no less! If you remember, Naughty Dog previously released an HD version of the Jak and Daxter games in 2012 for the PlayStation 3. Now, if you own a PlayStation Vita, you can purchase the trilogy (Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy, Jak II, and Jak 3) and win some new trophies on your PSN ID. This new release will not share trophies with the HD version, so you’ll be able to collect all new trophies in the Vita version of the games.

This also isn’t just the HD version ported to Vita, some of the mini games will also take advantage of the touch pad on the Vita, giving players a new way to experience the game. I loved playing the original Jak and Daxter on my PlayStation 2, as I spent countless hours, if not days trying to find as much eco as possible. If you’ve never played Jak and Daxter, then it might be time to get copy on the go. This drops in June for $29.99.

If you’re still quite not sure about the game take a look at this trailer below,
