Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game breaks two world records

There have been plenty of card games in the last two decades. I grew up playing most of them, spending my lunch money or my parents money to build decks. One trading card game that has been around and still very popular is the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game, which is played around the world. Tournaments are also held around the world.

During last year’s Yu-Gi-Oh! CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES, Long Beach was back with thousands of duelists, and a record once held by Magic the Gathering was broken as 4,364 players signed up to play in one of the largest tournaments ever. People were turned away since there wasn’t enough room, but it shows how popular the card game can be.

Yu-Gi-Oh! CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES San Diego is next week starting April 5th.
