Nintendo Weekly Update: Freaky Forms, Fractured Soul

To start off this weekly update of downloadables and information, Nintendo has given the go-ahead for a new demo of Style Savvy: Trendsetters, which gives players a better idea of what the complete package is about. For a mind-melting, intense challenge (as if mind-melting weren’t enough), Fractured Soul is an old-school platforming game that utilizes both screens of the 3DS. Players will have to keep an eye on both screens, almost simultaneously, to get through this game’s difficult obstacles. It came out on September 13th on the eShop, but there are a few more videos up for those who need more convincing.

For a much more relaxing and creative experience, Freakyforms Deluxe: Your Creations, Alive!, will be hitting retail shelves on November 5th for $19.99. This will probably end up being an excellent present for a younger sibling, as the trailer shows all kinds of play-styles, including platforming, swimming, and even turn-based rpg combat. The hook of the game is that players will get to have a hand in creating the characters and environment of the game.

Lastly, there is 2 Fast 4 Gnomz, a runner game with parachuting gnomes, and Cake Ninja 2, a would-be Fruit Ninja. Both can be found on the eShop.
