Volpin Props’ In-Depth Armor TutorialPosted 11:37 am on Thursday, October 25th, 2012 by Yuqi Khoo
Recently Volpin Props has posted an intensive and in-depth tutorial about how he uses Wonderflex to make Armor. For those who don’t know who Volpin Props is, he is an amazing Prop and Armor maker located on the East Coast, and his work is amazing.
His Portal 2 gun build was commissioned by the Valve offices in Seattle, which can even be seen in the Playstation 3 “Michael” commercial, and his Fallout 3 rifle was commissioned by the makers of the game. He is an incredibly talented and gifted prop maker, and one of my favorite cosplay people to follow because he is also incredibly giving when it comes to his build process!
I highly suggest checking out this tutorial, even if you’re not interested in making costumes, just to see the process of one of the most talented cosplayer’s around! The tutorial can be found here.
For more of his work check out his website Volpinprops.com.
