DELTA SiX: The FPS game changerPosted 12:17 am on Friday, October 19th, 2012 by James Martinez
We’ve all seen or purchased gun controllers and probably felt they could have been better. For the hardcore FPS gamer, you know you want to be the best. Games have become more immersible as the technology that drives them keeps pushing the limits to greater heights. But what has stayed the same or has stopped evolving is the controller. When your normal controller or controller mods just won’t do anymore, it’s time to take it up to a whole new level; The DELTA: SiX is that next level FPS gamers have been dying for.
To develop this new controller, Special Forces operators from Saber Ops Inc. helped David Kotkin to give the controller the most realistic feeling possible. The DELTA: SiX will still have all the normal console buttons built into the frame, right where you need them. The aiming and turning will use state of the art accelerometers, so no need to flail around, just game.
If this controller doesn’t make you want to yell, “Say hello to my little friend!” then do it anyway. This kickstarter project is asking to raise $500,000 to launch this new controller by next summer. It will be compatible with Xbox 360, PS3, PC, the Wii U, and even OUYA! Stop by the Kickstarter page to see what the next level of gamer guns will look like, or just check out the video below.
