Xbox 360 bundles drop $50 in price for the Holiday
Posted 10:21 am on Monday, October 15th, 2012 by John 'Spartan' NguyenAlong with Nintendo officially announcing the Wii console price drop, retailers such as GameStop, Best Buy, Amazon, Kmart and Target have been carrying the new Xbox 360 Holiday Bundles with the $50 price reduction for both its 250GB and 4GB version. Both bundles will retail at $249.99 each (the standard and 250GB Kinect Holiday Bundle will be $350).
The 4GB Holiday Bundle will contain the Kinect sensor, Kinect: Disneyland Adventures and Kinect Adventures games. The 250GB Holiday Bundles will contain 2 games; Amazon, Kmart and Target will have Fable III and Halo: Reach Holiday Bundle, while GameStop and Best Buy will have a Skyrim digital code and Forza Motorsport 4.
No word yet on whether this is a permanent price cut.
As for Sony’s PlayStation 3, we’ve been seeing price cuts in the UK, but I haven’t seen anything yet for the U.S. market. Come on, Sony, you need to get in the game.
