Watch the Halo 4 live-action series now – ‘Forward Unto Dawn – Part 1′
Posted 11:59 am on Friday, October 5th, 2012 by John 'Spartan' NguyenHalo has had its share of live-action content like the Halo: Landfall shorts directed by Neill Blomkamp (District 9) and the Halo 3: ODST commercial directed by Rupert Sanders (Snow White and the Hunstman). Now, we get a 5-part web series that is developed by Microsoft and acts as a prequel to Halo 4. Each episode will average around 15 minutes, with the first one being 20-minutes long. If we calculate the total running time together, it’d be an estimated 80 minutes. This is the closest thing we’re going to get for a Halo movie in a while.
Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn – Part 1

Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn is directed by Stewart Hendler (H+, Sorority Row) and stars Daniel Cudmore (X-Men 2 & 3, Twilight) as Master Chief, Anna Popplewell (The Chronicles of Narnia) as Chyler Silva, Tom Green (Dance Academy) as Thomas Lasky, and Ayelet Zurer (Angels & Demons, Munich) as Mehaffey. Josh Feldman and Lydia Antonini are executive producers. Each episode will be released weekly from October 4th until the release of Halo 4 on November 6, 2012.
