Stan Lee gets a pacemaker and is one step closer to being like Tony StarkPosted 12:19 pm on Monday, October 1st, 2012 by John 'Spartan' Nguyen
Stan Lee had previously canceled some shows that left people wondering if he had health issues. It turns out he had pacemaker surgery. For being 89 years old, he’s still kicking it.
He has announced, via his POW Entertainment site, that we shouldn’t worry.
“Now hear this! Your leader hath not deserted thee! In an effort to be more like my fellow Avenger, Tony Stark, I have had an electronic pace-maker placed near my heart to insure that I’ll be able to lead thee for another 90 years.”
This man is a living legend and is responsible for co-creating Spider-Man, Fantastic Four, Hulk, X-Men, Daredevil, Iron Man and many more. I do hope that he’ll be around longer. In the meantime, I’ll make sure to get as many autographs I can with Stan “The Man” Lee.
