Batman proposes to Batgirl with help from Dean Cain during Dragon*Con 2012

Sniffle, sniffle. I love romantic geek moments like these. I’ve been receiving a lot of geek proposals in my mailbox lately, and I just had to share this warm and fuzzy moment with you guys. During the DC cosplay gathering at Dragon*Con 2012, Dean Cain (Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman) played wingman and helped Ruby Rinekso, who cosplayed as Adam West’s Batman, propose to his girlfriend Jennifer Haviland, who cosplayed as Batgirl, in front of hundreds of DC cosplayers.

In reality, you know Batman wouldn’t need Superman’s help.

And check out this proposal that was done at Supercon in Miami, Florida. Mitch, a Star Trek fan, proposed to his girlfriend, Cora, with the help from Trekkies. They both met on JDate.com, a Jewish dating site. Let’s hope the local Florida news station isn’t making fun of them.
