New Cloud Atlas trailer looks out of this world

A new Cloud Atlas trailer was just released today and it’s still looking very cool. It’s a lot shorter than the premiere trailer that ran over 5 minutes. There’s so much going on that I have no clue what the movie is about. All I know is that all these different stories from the past, present and future are somehow connected. The movie is directed by the Wachowskis (The Matrix trilogy) and Tom Tykwer (Run Lola Run).

I’m really hoping that the Wachowskis can bounce back up after the negative backlash towards The Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions films. Can the Wachowskis give us that awe and wonder like they did with the first Matrix movie? If they don’t, at least the visuals will be good.

Cloud Atlas hits theaters on October 26, 2012.

TBH, I think that the second film was just as captivating as the first film. Every one i talked to that was a matrix fan said that both of the films were evenly amazing! Im not even going to comment on the 3rd bc, well, im not even going there…

  Yeah, the second Matrix was amazing, but for all the wrong reasons. So many scenes became so overly long and self-indulgent that I thought Kojima might have written the script!
