Bill and Ted to come back for another excellent adventure?

Station! Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure took us to the past. Bill and Ted’s Bogus Journey took us to Heaven and Hell. What other shenanigans can the Wyld Stallyns get themselves into? At this point, I’m ready for anything.
Instead of a reboot or remake, they have decided to bring back Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter to make a true sequel for Bill and Ted, like Sylvester Stallone in Rocky Balboa and Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
One of the key characters in the films is Rufus, a man from the future who’s sent back in time to save Bill & Ted from failing school. He was played by George Carlin who passed away in 2008. If the creators knew any better, they wouldn’t have another actor portray Rufus. I think the best bet is to create another new mentor to be sent back.
