The Wolverine set photos reveal WWII Japanese Prison Camps
Posted 8:14 pm on Wednesday, July 25th, 2012 by Narvin SeegoolamAt a recent Australian press conference held for The Wolverine prior to the beginning of production, photographers were invited onto the set to check out some of the in-production set pieces. From the images itself, you can see miniature models, concept art/photographs and even some models that are in mid-construction. A lot of what we see so far is steering us in the direction of a Japanese prison camp circa WWII. The story itself of The Wolverine is set to take place in Japan, but now we have a time frame of when the events take place.
The Wolverine is set to hit theaters on July 26th, 2013.
