SDCC: Robot Chicken DC Comics Special

I love Robot Chicken, so given the opportunity to interview the guys who spend all their time working with toys to create 15-minute episodes every Sunday was an easy yes. At San Diego Comic-Con, a panel was held that announced an upcoming Robot Chicken Special. Sorry LucasArts fans, it’s not another Star Wars special, but this time, Stoopid Monkey will be teaming up with iconic comic book company DC to create a superhero and super villain filled episode.

Names like Paul Reubens, Neil Patrick Harris, Alfred Molinam, Nathan Fillion, Alex Borenstein, Clare Grant, Tara Strong, Matt Senreich, Tom Root, Zeb Wells and Kevin Shinick will be doing guest voices as many of the popular heroes and villains.

We ask the team about their favorite episodes, what didn’t get aired and more on the upcoming special.

Warning: Adult language

But the fun doesn’t end yet.

The Robot Chicken DC Comics Special airs in September, 2012, on Adult Swim, which begins on the sixth season of the cartoon.
