Kickstarter: Project Lodus

Like playing RPGs and the Cyberpunk genre? Let me tell you about a game that is currently on Kickstarter called Project Lodus. It is being developed by Leviathan Interactive, and just like many on the Kickstarter site, they need our help to get their work produced. I met the crew during E3 and they were really a cool group of people. And just like us here at Nerd Reactor, this is a self-funded group.

The game takes place in a world called Lodus that is home to many advanced civilizations. Each civilization is buried below the one before it; most of the action will take place in this location. Since this has a Cyberpunk touch to it, players will be able to modify their characters and see the effects on your character as you do modifications.

Of course, like all Kickstarter project this has reward tiers. The one that caught my eye was the reward tier for a pledge of $3,750. The reward lets you help design a weapon for the game and they will use their Hollywood connections to get it created. But the other rewards are cool too; for a mere $25 you will receive a wallpaper pack, PDF book containing concept art and behind the scenes looks, name in the credits, a copy of the game, and a free digital copy of the soundtrack when it is released. So you don’t have to break your bank to back a good game.
