I have to say, I’m confused. Why does ZombiU look so good? First there was the hands-on multiplayer at E3, which was excellent, and now these dark, scare-tastic trailers. Someone needs to notify Ubisoft immediately, because something is wrong. One trailer takes place in some type of nursery, and the atmosphere is hellishly dreary; it’s much better than what was done in another game I like, Dead Space 2. The zombies seem to react properly to being shot too, unlike what I’ve seen of Resident Evil 6. I just hope that ZombiU’s single-player is just as fun to play as this trailer makes it out to be. We’ll know when the Wii U launches later this year. Keep your fingers crossed and your shotgun close at hand.
