Nintendo announced today on their Twitter that the new Super Smash Brothers for Wii U & 3DS will be developed by third party developer Namco Bandai Games. In addition, Masahiro Sakurai will be returning as project lead. While I’m certainly happy about a new Smash, will we expect to see Pac-Man in the new title? Other concerns include the new title’s tournament viability amongst the more hardcore crowd. Whatever happens, we’ll keep you up to date.
