For those of you that’s going to be in the Los Angeles area the weekend before Fourth of July, you should check out The Labyrinth of Jareth Fantasy Masquerade Ball on either June 29th or June 30th at the The Historic Park Plaza (607 S Park View St, Los Angeles, CA). It’s an event filled with fantasy and costumed beings.

The event is on its 15th year and is inspired by David Bowie’s Labyrinth. You will have to dress the part (just think of fantasy-like costumes). Check out the event’s gallery for some ideas. Each year tells a different story.

The Clockwork Golem, born in forges of Starlight, created by the Goblins Hammers and blessed by the Queen of the Night.

One year ago, it heroically gave its life to save a beautiful Night Elemental from the vicious hordes of Dark Elves known only as the Talisk.
Now, its pieces lie underground, where the Talisk ravage the shadowy caverns under Sypher’s Realms.
