AMC’s The Walking Dead is in production of its third season airing this fall. Adding to the awesome science fiction graphic novel turned television series, AMC will air a preview weekend of upcoming season three on Saturday July 7th and Sunday July 8th beginning each day at 11:30AM/10:30c with a final thoughts show of the Talking Dead on Sunday July 8th at 9/8c. Viewers will get treated to a marathon of all 19 episodes, and a very special black and white version of episode one following Sunday’s the Talking Dead with host Chris Hardwick (Nerdist). Expect several cast members, special guests, and never before seen footage of upcoming season 3 during this two day marathon. Make sure not to miss the event and Sunday’s Talking Dead show for a chance to enter in a trip for two to visit on set in Georgia before season three wraps up.

In lieu of AMC’s marathon weekend just one week before San Diego’s Comic Con and The Walking Dead’s 100th issue, Hyundai teamed up with creator Robert Kirkman to design a zombie killing Elantra coupe. Named the Hyundai Zombie Survival Machine, this one of a kind Hyundai Elantra comes packed with all the trimmings for surviving a zombie apocalypse.

“A front-end custom zombie plow cow catcher with spikes, slatted armored window coverings, a roof hatch to allow passengers to shoot at walkers, an electric rear trunk to house weapons, all‐terrain/rally type tires, weapons storage compartments, a CB radio/PA system and more.”

Hyundai and Robert Kirkman didn’t stop there. Teaming up with artist Charlie Adlard, a second Elantra GT hatchback was pimped out with a screen print of iconic Walking Dead artwork.
