Why do I get the feeling that fans of the Dead Space series are going to get a little upset over seeing these screenshots? Oh, right, co-op; though word on the net is that the co-op mode will feature an extra character, and those going solo will actually be going solo (no ai partner, thank the survival horror gods). It’s hard to say just how well this latest iteration will retain the horror of the previous titles (or whether they’ll just nuke the fridge), but these screenshots seem to be trying to appeal to people who like shooting things–Space Army of Two, anyone?
