LG’s LTE instantaneous video sharing while recording & voice-to-video switching

You ever pull a fast one while on your phone in attempting to avoid or evade someone else to figure out who you are speaking with? Maybe that person on the line is planning a birthday surprise, talking gossip, or worse, cheating on you! Have you ever had the chance to post a video you just recorded online before someone else beats you to the punch? LG’s LTE network capability just made that a little more possible. On Tuesday LG successfully demonstrated the first voice-to-video conversation over a LTE network and real-time sharing of videos over the same network service.

“Do you guys know how to post videos to Facebook?” “Do you guys know how to post videos to Facebook?”

LG’s Electronics Mobile Communications Company, CEO and President, Dr. Jong-seok Park said,

“LG will continue to lead in LTE by developing and introducing innovations that consumers can actually experience and benefit from. The LTE sector is advancing at light speed and our voice-to-video conversion technology is in the best position to be adopted industry-wide.”

Be on the lookout for these services soon to be available later this year.
