The PlayStation Network exclusive game, Journey, has now finished development. With the game being finished, developer Thatgamecompany can now announce that it will be out on March 13, 2012 at the PlayStation Store for $14.99. The team are the ones behind Flower, a very unique and innovative motion control game that required you to use the Sixaxis.

With Journey, the team plans on bringing its brand of unique gameplay and breathtaking visuals in a game that takes place in the desert. You play as a being who wakes up in the mass desert. You’re on “journey” to reach the mountaintop, but you’ll encounter obstacles along the way. You’ll be able to soar and glide across the desert as you struggle against the desert’s harsh environment. During your journey, you’ll be able to encounter other anonymous players.
