It’s been awhile since I’ve done a Geek Ink article but I thought it would be good to start it up again with this kick ass Star Wars tattoo chestpiece. This comes from a reader over at Geekologie, who wanted a different take on the whole Virgin Mary/Baby Jesus tattoo.

Here is my Boba & Jango Fett front piece done by Adam Hays of Red Rocket Tattoos, New York. The piece took 18-19 hours, done in three session in two weeks. It’s a father and son tattoo for me and my sons, and myself and my own father.

It’s tats like these that make me want to get more work done. This is definitely some boss work done by Adam Hays, who is no stranger to the Star Wars universe. On his own personal website, he has 40 pictures of other Star Wars themed tats he has done in the past.
