A Look into the Birth of Sonic the Hedgehog Part 1

Sonic Generations marked the 20th Birthday of the Sega Mascot who appeared on every Sega console. He then made the leap onto other consoles once Sega became strictly a video game development company. Even with all the bad games (and there were a few), fans waited anxiously for the next game that would give them the rush factor they got back in the early days.

Let’s take a look at how the blue hedgehog came to be and celebrate his Classic and Modern Return in part 1 of the birth of Sonic.
